Crossmen Announce 2010 Production

Returning to roots of the past, the Crossmen will perform the music of Pat Metheny in the 2010 Tour Production “FULL CIRCLE”.   The repertoire will include some of the standards of Metheny including “Heat of the Day” and “First Circle”.  “The design team has been working hard these past weeks to nail down many of the concepts and direction of the show”, said Corps Director Mark Chambers.  “The meetings have been energized and the team is very excited about the possiblities as this show develops” Read more...

Forte Announces full 2010 Audition Schedule

Forte has announced the full 2010 Audition Schedule. After successful auditions both in person and  in satellite locations, Contracts for membership are being assigned starting in January.  Auditions for open spots will continue at all rehearsals until all spots and alternative positions are filled.  Students can audition for the first time via attendance in Texas, Ohio, Virginia, or they may submit a videotape. Capital Regiment returns to inactive status

After considerable discussion among its board of trustees over the course of the past three months, the Capital Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps regrets to announce that it will not be participating in the 2010 Drum Corps International Tour. In the face of a challenging economy affecting many businesses, the Capital Regiment has been unable to offset a considerable decline in its primary source of revenue to a level sufficient for delivering a high-quality experience to the members of its organization for the 2010 season.
